Kaioyote_Credit Vision by Kovios_Main copy

Kaioyote sounds like a tortured blues crooner from a bygone era crossed with a contemporary pop diva. Her music is refreshingly deep and complex, and we can’t wait to hear more from this budding artist.” -  BaebleMusic, Artists Not-To-Be-Missed at SXSW

Emerging soul singer KAIOYOTE is premiering the haunting video for album teaser track “GHOSTS” today at BAEBLEMUSIC.com.  The LA-by-way-of-Montana writer and singer who trained under Brenda Lee Eager (backup singer for Ray Charles, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder) and Lis Lewis (Rihanna, Miguel,  Gwen Stefani) is currently in NYC recording new tracks at Black Wax Creative for her debut LP coming out this summer.  Kaioyote heads to Austin next week where she’ll make her SXSW debut at SXSJ.  This young artist is an old soul who sings well beyond her years.  One to watch!

“Steeped in spiritual imagery, frontman Taylor Muse’s lyrics on this pop-rock quartet’s fourth LP show a maturation from previous offerings. Keeping the focus on universal themes of love, loss and divine reflection, the group’s upbeat sound remains strong” – 4/5 Stars, Austin Monthly
