Creator, writer and host of the critically-acclaimed series Adam Ruins Everything on truTV, ADAM CONOVER, will embark on a national tour, MIND PARASITES LIVE!, beginning November 28th in Boston. Presented by truTV, the tour will run through January 2019 stopping in 24 major cities around the U.S.
In this original hybrid of stand-up comedy and psychedelic biology class, Adam will reveal the cultural parasites that seek to control your mind and behavior, and explain how you can protect yourself from their influence and achieve intellectual freedom. From advertising to alcohol to algorithms, Adam will change your perspective on free will and American society forever.
Adam Conover is the creator and star of truTV’s Adam Ruins Everything, a comedy that dispels common misconceptions and encourages the audience to think critically about the world around them. Adam recurs on the hit Netflix animated series Bojack Horseman. Prior to this, he was a writer and performer for College Humor Originals and co-wrote and starred in the film festival darling The Exquisite Corpse Project.

CAMERON ESPOSITO TO RELEASE ‘RAPE JOKES’
ON SEPTEMBER 28 VIA ASPECIALTHING RECORDS

Stand-up comic, actor and writer CAMERON ESPOSITO will release her critically-acclaimed special, ‘RAPE JOKES’ as an album on Friday, September 28 via ASPECIALTHING RECORDS. A personal exploration of the #MeToo movement, Rape Jokes premiered to rave reviews within the first 24 hours. The hour has been praised as “unapologetically hard-hitting, bracingly timely hour” (Vanity Fair), “blistering, masterful, tragic, hilarious” (New York Magazine) and the “first great stand-up set of the #MeToo era” (The Daily Beast).
Rape Jokes will be available digitally and on marbled vinyl for purchase in record stores and on Cameron’s tour. 100% of the proceeds will go to RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. Cameron has raised over $70,000 for RAINN thus far.
The comedian forewent the traditional route of releasing her hour with a studio backing to raise awareness and make an impact in the community. The show was self-financed with the help of friends who donated their time to maximize the proceeds for RAINN. Cameron turned around the final product within a week and released it for free on her own website in June.
